Product images and descriptions are provided to assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Minor variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings or manufacturing processes.

  1. Orders

All orders are subject to review and acceptance.

An order confirmation email confirms that your order has been received. A binding sales contract is formed only after your order has been accepted and prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where permitted by applicable law, including where pricing errors, product availability issues or suspected misuse of the ordering process arise.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency presented at checkout.

For eligible regions in Europe, orders will be delivered on a Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that applicable import duties and taxes will be settled before delivery, so customers typically do not need to pay additional customs fees upon receipt.

Where local authorities require information necessary for customs processing, customers agree to provide reasonable cooperation where legally required.

  1. Payment

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

If payment cannot be authorised or is declined, the order will not be processed.

  1. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Canada.

Typical order processing time is 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time to most European destinations is 5–9 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier operations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders are transported using recognised international courier services, including priority delivery services where available.

Tracking updates are automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout at important shipment milestones, including dispatch, carrier transit updates and local delivery progress.

If an order exceeds the normal delivery timeframe, we will investigate the shipment with the carrier. Following completion of the investigation, an appropriate resolution may include either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the outcome.

  1. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

For consumers located in the European Economic Area and other jurisdictions with similar mandatory consumer protection legislation, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer only when the goods are delivered into the customer’s physical possession or that of a person identified by the customer to receive the goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ownership of the goods transfers after full payment has been received and delivery has taken place, subject to applicable law.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers located within jurisdictions providing a statutory right of withdrawal may cancel eligible purchases within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.

Returned items should:

be returned within the applicable withdrawal period;
be unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods;
include original packaging where reasonably possible.

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where exclusions permitted under applicable law are applicable.

  1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, customers should contact us within a reasonable period after delivery.

Customers may be asked to providephotographs showing the condition of the item and packaging to assist with assessment.

Where a claim is verified, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or a refund.

For products confirmed as damaged or defective upon arrival, returning the affected item will generally not be required unless requested where legally necessary.

Returns requested under applicable consumer legislation should be sent in accordance with the return instructions provided by customer support.

Customers remain responsible for taking reasonable care of products while they are in their possession before authorised returns.

Items showing damage resulting from misuse, alteration or handling beyond what is necessary to examine their nature and characteristics may be subject to a reduction in the refundable amount where permitted by applicable law.

Affected obligations shall resume once the relevant circumstances have ceased.
