- Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are shipped from Canada using recognised international courier services, including Priority services provided by DHL, FedEx or UPS, depending on destination and operational availability.
Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days after dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipment notification emails containing tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Additional tracking updates may also be issued as the shipment progresses through key transportation stages, including carrier acceptance, international transit and local delivery.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
- Delayed Shipments
If an order has not been delivered within the standard delivery timeframe, Desksortstudio will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
During the investigation, customers may be asked to confirm delivery details or provide information reasonably required to assist the carrier.
Where the investigation confirms that the shipment has been lost or cannot reasonably be delivered, Desksortstudio may, depending on the outcome of the investigation, either:
issue a full refund; or
arrange a replacement shipment.
Each case is assessed individually based upon the carrier’s investigation results.
- Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) are entitled to exercise their statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the customer, or a person designated by the customer, receives possession of the goods.

Returned items should:
be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal;
be unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods;
include all supplied accessories where applicable;

Customers are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

- Non-Returnable Circumstances
The statutory Right of Withdrawal does not apply where exclusions are permitted under applicable consumer legislation, including circumstances where goods have been altered after delivery in a manner not attributable to Desksortstudio.
Refunds or replacements may also be declined where:
evidence reasonably requested to assess a reported issue is not provided;
returned goods are materially incomplete without reasonable explanation;
returned goods show damage resulting from handling beyond normal inspection.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
- Refund Procedure
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, or where a refund has otherwise been approved, customers will receive notification by email regarding the outcome.
If approved, refunds will normally be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

- Shipping Charges
