Desksortstudio currently serves clients in Europe and the United States.
All orders are dispatched from Canada.
- Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been accepted.
Processing is carried out during standard business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in Canada.
Where additional verification or order review is required, processing may take longer. Customers will be contacted using the email address provided with the order if further information is required.
- Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally:

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may vary due to factors including customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A shipment shall not be regarded as lost solely because the estimated delivery period has been exceeded.
- Shipping Carriers

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods to the delivery address or to another person identified by the customer to take possession of the goods, where required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
